Advanced Coming Together Camp

  • Hassocks, England, BN6 United Kingdom (map)

Kim & Tracey Coming Together Camp

A unique collaboration where practical biomechanics meets inner transformation — for both horse and rider.

Over these immersive days, Kim and Tracey bring their shared values and distinct gifts together to help you create softness, clarity, and true connection in the saddle and on the ground.

This advanced camp, is for those who have already started studying the alexander technique with Kim, and ready for the next immersion.

With Kim – The Rider’s Body & Mind

Kim will guide you to:

• Break the tension cycle by identifying and releasing habitual muscular patterns that interfere with clear communication.
• Ride with balance and ease, discovering how to move fluidly with your horse’s back without bracing in shoulders, arms, or seat.
• Improve posture and alignment by doing less, not more.
• Stay mentally and physically centred, enhancing breath, balance, and responsiveness.
• Experience mindful riding, where subtle shifts in thinking create profound calm and confidence in your horse.

Kim’s work supports riders in refining their aids so they become soft, effective, and harmonious.

With Tracey – The Inner Work & Sacred Connection

Tracey invites you beyond technique and into embodied presence.

• Shamanic offerings through meditation and healing to release blockages held in the mind, body, and soul. Aligning your and your horse charka’s.
• Group sessions held in the bell tent — a sacred space for sisterhood, reflection, and integration (individual sessions available).
• Learning how to bring “being” into “doing” — moving from head-led methods into heart-led presence.
• A deeper way of relating to your horse that arises from within, not from strategy alone.
• A unique twist on in-hand, groundwork, and ridden sessions — seeking those ethereal moments of harmony and understanding where nothing else exists.

Tracey’s work helps you soften into connection so that technique becomes embodied rather than performed.

Together

This camp is about integration.

Biomechanics meets soul work.
Alignment meets intuition.
Doing meets being.

You will leave with practical tools, embodied awareness, and a deeper relationship with your horse built on trust, softness, and mutual understanding.
