The Pathway to Bridleless

True bridleless riding is about far more than taking off the bridle—it's about building a partnership that is led from the heart and founded on trust, communication, balance, and feel.

Tracey and Tayen at the UK’s first ever British Bridleless Competition, coming 3rd and 4th in the Intro and the Prelim.

Tracey is proud to be part of the committee for BBC alongside the founder Mia Rodley , which is paving the way for horses in sport.

Tracey Duncan, founder of The Horse Medicine Way, combines the science of learning theory with energy work, inner shadow work, kind classical in-hand work that can be bitted or bitless, and ridden training to help horse and human develop a deeper, softer connection. Through blending these diverse yet complementary approaches, she helps horses and humans discover a shared language rooted in understanding, compassion, and authenticity, creating a soul-level relationship with both horse and self.

From this place, true partnership can emerge—one where communication becomes subtle, masterful, and effortless, and where two souls move together in harmony. Whether you're just beginning your journey or are ready to remove the bridle altogether, Tracey will guide you and your horse on the pathway to greater freedom, connection, and trust.

If you would like to step onto the pathway of Bridleless with Tracey, please reach out to her, if you are feeling the call to walk the path that reveals yours and your horses freedom you can spend time with Tracey to let the journey unfold.
